Balco Ltd provides project management services to companies needing to implement new / current products and operations.
We either manage a portfolio or project for a clients in the oil, gas, aerospace, construction and manufacturing industries, taking it from conception to completion.
Or we work alongside an existing internal team to steer, challenge, refine and implement the project, helping them through mentoring and /or taking on the PM function e.g. risk management or planning.
We have a proven track record of completing projects to the highest standards, working to your deadlines to ensure delivery is within budget and timescales.
